Quilting to be exact.
While out antiquing last year @ Lakefield I came accross the crem de-la-crem of sewing machines.
Singer Featherweight. This little baby is dated 1947.
I was soooo excited. The case was in perfect condition with all the bells and whistles.
Couldn't wait to get it home and give it a test run.
A little cleaning and setting the tension and I was ready to sew.
Now I guess you would like to see some quilts? or a tour of my studio.
Hutch holds my fabriccraft station/booksbulletin boardwindow wallopposite wall, here is where my quilting frame sits
who'da thought a tool caddy could be used for embroidery threads, yes another passion of mine. If you look closely at the rug on the floor, yes I also rug hook.
I'm going to share my quilts another day,
enjoy your tour!!
