Peonies

Hello friends!

Oh how I love peonies and soon they will be popping out of the
ground and displaying their beautiful blooms....

Here in the Kawartha's our flowers are slowly popping out of the ground.

A few tulips and daffodils.....The trees are budding and leaves are appearing....

Yes and so are my allergies....Yuck.... Anyone else have spring allergies to pollen and
mould.

But I truly love the birds singing and the rebirth of the plants and flowers and
flowering shrubs.....

Our flowering Almond bush is in bud and usually by Mothers day it is in full bloom.

I wanted to share with you my latest painting....a gift card...

Watercolour Peonies.....

I find painting is so full filling ...just adding paint to the paper and
watching creativity appear....

I have folded my paper in half and taped it to my desk easel
that my hubby made for me....




I get lost in my painting and forget the time...

I also forget to stop....I keep wanting to add more colour here and their...

I guess that will come in time...
